According to Art. 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw attention to the fact that, in the context of business handling, we process, save and use the relevant data by means of a computer system according to Art. 33 of the Federal Data Protection Act.
As a matter of course, personal data will be handled confidentially. A transmission of data to third parties does not occur or occurs only with your explicit consent.
We point out that the transmission of data via the internet (e.g. while communicating per e-mail) may be sources of security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.
The use of contact details published in the framework of the obligation to provide legal details by third parties for the transmission of unsolicited advertisement and information material is herewith expressly prohibited. The site operators reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsolicited sending of advertisements, such as spam e-mails.
